Smoky Hills- Danica Uhl and the Cat in the Hat Space

Thank you Danica Uhl with Smoky Hills for coming out and helping us learn more about space! The kids got to make their own rocket ships and take home the book Danica read, The Cat in the Hat's: "There's no place like Space!"

Chris Rippel- Aliens & Extraterrestrials

Thank you Chris Rippel for coming to the Library and doing the programs on aliens, extraterrestrials and exoplanets. Fun for the kids and great information for adults.

Teddy Bear Check-Up/Parent & Caregiver "Stop the Bleed"

Thank you to David and the Health Department personnel for coming and presenting "Stop the Bleed" and "Teddy Bear check-up" Everyone learned a lot and the kids had a great time caring and learning the basic skills for their health!

Change of Date for August Library Board Meeting

The August meeting of the Lincoln Carnegie Library Board of Directors has been changed to Tuesday, August 20 at 5:15 in the downstairs meeting room of the Library. All Library Board meetings are open to the public.

Smoky Hills Public Television presents The Cat in the Hat

Danica Uhl from Smoky Hills Public Television is always a crowd favorite. This year she will be presenting a Cat in the Hat Space Themed Program that will be fun for all ages. (Children 7 and under must be accompanied by an adult or caregiver age 14+).
